Ascendant Election 2524 – Dr Stripes Brenner – Medic

For those that don’t know me, I am Dr Stripes Brenner. I have served as interim medical councillor for about 6 months now.

During that time, we have managed to save many lives at New Hope by applying emergency medical care following the sabotage and explosions, and subsequently created a medical centre to help serve their populace.

I also implemented the Shannon Protocol for your FEF teams, keeping daily bunker life secure by helping ensure no viruses or infections enter our society.

Currently, I hold the position of key Ascendant medic while topside, and have experienced many of the threats and challenges our brave FEF teams face and deal with.

If you would have me as your Medical Councillor, I intend to continue promoting the health and well-being needs of the Bunker – ensuring quality and personalised care for all our citizens, whenever they require medical attention, and without prejudice or discrimination. I believe this is the fundamental role of your healthcare provider.

I have been proud to lead our Bunker medical team over the last 6 months, and will endeavour to continue improving our high quality medical coverage regardless of these election results.

Ascendant Election 2524 – Captain Riley Evans – Soldier

I’m not here to claim I’m the best choice for the military council. There are others with more polished leadership or bolder strategies. I’ve never been the loudest voice in the room, nor do I seek power for its own sake. In fact, I did not intend to put my name forward at first. Some recent events however led me to take the chance on using my own voice.

I stand here because I know the reality of the frontlines. I’ve been in the trenches, faced the chaos of battle, and relied on the trust and grit of my fellow soldiers to survive. I have seen the bad and the good of the surface — as well as the bunker.

What I offer isn’t perfection — it’s hard-earned experience. I’ve made many mistakes, learned from them, and returned stronger. Every scar I carry is a lesson, and every decision I make comes from understanding the real stakes of combat, where survival is never guaranteed.

If you choose me, you’re selecting someone who values resilience, teamwork, and empathy. Leadership is more than just strategy; it’s about caring for those who carry out those strategies. I’ve seen the weight of sending people into harm’s way, and I’ll bear that responsibility with the respect it deserves.

I believe in leadership that listens, adapts, and stays grounded in the realities faced by our soldiers. My commitment is to the mission, our values, and the people behind them. That’s why I won’t promise perfection, but I will promise thoughtful, dedicated leadership.

I’m not here because I think I’m the best choice — I’m here because I’m willing. Willing to serve with humility, to ensure no one is abandoned, and to lead with integrity. Quiet, effective leadership may not always be flashy, but it’s what gets the job done.

At the end of the day, the choice is yours. If you choose me, you’re choosing someone who has been where you’ve been. Someone who has seen the ugly of the world. Someone who understands that every decision we make defines who we are as soldiers, and as human beings. It’s a long shot — but my aim’s steady, so better believe I’ll be ready.

Ascendant Election 2524 – Lieutenant E. ‘HAZARD’ Brenner – Soldier

Those of you who have served beside me in the FEF know me as Hazard or Prospect, but for those in the bunker who have never braved it onto the surface may know me from years of bunker service as part of our security department.

I’m going to keep it short and to the point, like any Brenner, I aim to Get Shit Done.

I want to tighten security on our territory to prevent a repeat of recent history, no more enemy attacks on our posts, we can’t afford to lose what progress we’ve made to gaps in our defences.

I want to address FEF pay, which will involve steps such as talking AICE and our council round to solving problems closer to home, and ensuring the correct personnel are going out to secure the objectives best suited to their skillset. We want every possible objective to succeed, not just the overall sortie.

Lastly, I’d like to push for those objectives to be solved to their completion, not just addressed when they’re critical, only to be dropped when they’re not. My concern is enemies like Hive Vulcan becoming a problem again in the future, when instead we could wipe them out there and then.

It’s time to thrive, not just survive. Vote Brenner to Get Shit Done.

Ascendant Election 2524 – Assistant Medic Edward O’Brien Brenner – Psion

I don’t really have a Manifesto, Just saying. I plan on running to be a voice for those that are worried/angry about how psions are treated, confused by what is going on, I want to give them a voice without ties to a religious or strong political agenda

I am a botanist/medic first,  an average day folk that gained psionic powers through a traumatic event and decided I’m going to try use them for betterment of the people.

I do believe we as people, both psions and non-psions just need to come together to Get Shit Done. More unites us than should divide us.

Ascendancy Election 2523- Alan Richardson – Crat

Bunker First!

That should be the first thought for everyone who lives in or is from Bunker Ascendant. Too long have we put ourselves at risk for others, others who would not hesitate to sacrifice us to save their own.

The FEF was created to recover technology, resources and intelligence to allow us to retake our rightful place on the surface. It now serves as a vainglorious elitist, dare i say it criminal organisation, working towards its own goals and believing it is above Bunker law.

We need to regain control of this radical element and use it for its original purpose, the betterment and survival of Bunker Ascendant.

I am not saying that we should not have allies, but we need to be equals in those alliances, not doing so out of fear, or from a position of weakness. I propose a full review of all current alliances and creation of formal documents to make sure the agreements and obligations are clear.

I stand with those forgotten masses in the Bunker, I will be your Voice and I will ensure that the FEF and all Bunker resources are used correctly and openly!

Vote for your Bunker, Vote Richardson.

Ascendancy Election 2523-Brother Phineas – Psion

In Faith I am standing for a position on the Council.

My brothers and sisters of the Choir have urged me to stand, and in respect for their requests and to attempt to change the views of Bunker Ascendant I have agreed.

It is clear to me that those blessed with gifts will continue to be persecuted and driven out if their voices are not heard. I want to implement real change, freedom to practice faith, freedom from hatred, and freedom to use the gifts of the White Lady.

I have been shown “evidence” of the “dangers” of Psionic ability, I intend to use my position on the Council to uncover the truth, where ever it may take me.

Regardless of the outcome of my search, I pledge to provide the best possible future for all those blessed with gifts, and guide them as best I can.

In Faith

Brother Phineas

Ascendancy Election 2523-Micheal Shannon – Medic

When I first took the medical councillors’ job, we were dealing with Hive Vulcan and whilst not entirely dealt with it is a much less risk than it was. There were other issues in the bunker, sanitation issues, power issues not to mention the C7 and psychic issues that were in the background. The sanitation issue is ongoing, but it is slow steady work, our power issues have changed a little and C7 and Psychic issues have become enormous problems in themselves, each intricately connected to the other.

Last year did present one of my worst nightmares with the Nanite virus. Thousands of the free people were infected but with Fang’s help we got the majority of them vaccinated and most of them recovered.

We still face threats from Super mutants, the Network, possibly bunker Victoria, and no doubt other threats that will surface.

It is the above that means I will stand again, I feel I have not finished the work I began a year ago, some of my closest supporters have made it clear to me I should not leave something unfinished.

I promise I will do my best to mitigate threats to the bunker, to the peace we have maintained and also to the free peoples.

I’d like to see us expand our medical knowledge and share this with others who are suffering, if I am successful in this candidacy one of my priorities will be to increase our presence on the surface with more medical clinics, to help research new threats to our health and to better the health of the free peoples and at other bunkers, just to help others were we can.

All I ask is you vote for who you think will be the better councillor.

Ascendancy Election 2523- Psymon Drake – Soldier

I am standing for the post of military councillor on a platform of unity and strength. An organisation is only as strong as its weakest links and we must strengthen out links with our allies and friends, also the links that protect our territory above ground but more importantly the links within our bunker. There is growing cracks and fear in our bunker and I believe it is the responsibility of every inhabitant of bunker ascendancy to combat fear and distrust together and unite ourselves once more as it is then we are strongest. I am aware there is growing concern that the FeF operate for personal gain or for some reason detached from the bunker as a whole wished and desires. we must remember that the FeF are not outside the bunker they are of the bunker, in fact they are the representatives of the bunker that new friends and allies will see. They should be exemplars of our society not some detached disparate group, one of the other candidates for this position voiced to me his belief that the FeF should be above our laws in the field and I cannot express how much I disagree with this. We need to address the concerns that the bunker inhabitants have about their safety from a variety of internal and external threats and this can only be done through unity, so as military councillor I would look to strengthen the bond between the members of the FeF and the members of the bunker who remain underground at this time making sure the infrastructure that the FeF rely on continue working, make sure every member of the bunker has their safety concerns heard and make efforts to find ways to bring a feeling of safety and unity back to every inhabitant of the bunker. I would move to secure the lands closest to us and reinforce our local infrastructure and those of our allies to consolidate our strength as we prepare for future expansion. I know every persons fears are personal and feel the most important and terrifying to that person and we need as a community to work with each other to alleviate as many of these as possible. The council should and must serve the entire bunker and not just a part of it and I know many fear the FeF taking over or somehow imposing the beliefs. If elected I will do everything I can to remind the rest of the council that this is the case, and combat any attempt to bring more division to the bunker. The council must remain aware and be reminded they are elected by the whole bunker and must be held to the laws and morals of the whole bunker and its society they serve not just one part. I also believe in freedom of belief, if that be faith or something else, though this should never infringe on the safety or comfort of any other member of the bunker, just as their beliefs should not affect yours. I have served the bunker my entire adult life as a member of the security team, I have only recently joined the FeF but served there pushing back the darkness of old night on the surface and now I look to serve the bunker as a councillor and bring back the unity and strength I remember from our not-so-distant past when we were united in the trials of retaking the wasteland and not divided by our fears and distrust. For Ascendancy, for the Future and for each other.
