UC Election 2525 – Vasili Komaroff – Engineering

Greetings citizens of the UC, its time to throw my hat back in the ring.

Some of you will have no idea who i am, so i will keep it brief, i am a former convict and maintenance engineer. I have served on the frontline with the FEF on and off since the second surface operation.

I have been a councilor before, and the council at the time was one of survival. We had to make hard decisions, dealing with civilisation ending events everyday. I was part of engineering teams responsible for the death of 15 Bunker Ascendant Engineers, led the FEF team that failed to eliminate the Network Specialist threat before they disappeared and caused an unknown number of deaths.

I tell you these things, not for your pity, but to point out that i know what failure looks like, and I am not afraid of it. What looks like failure to some, is the result of picking the least worst option, something our council has to do.

I have been privileged to watch the work of Cllr NED in balancing the technological needs of our society, he has secured updates to our infrastructure and made it safer for our FEF operatives to carry out their missions.

That being said, i was recently frustrated that i had a pile of recovered technology in my lab and struggled to get an answer on what the council wanted me to prioritise, or how they wanted it used.

Should i be successful in election, I will ensure that our engineering teams are given clear and swift direction for any recovered tech. Without access to the current council discussions, i would say that my current goal would be to prioritise power generation. It is clear that our current sources are not as clean as we would like, with possible long term implications. I believe we have the components to move away from it, we just need to assemble the puzzle.

I will also be pushing for an education program, to ensure that all members of the UC have access to the same opportunities as those that grew up in the Bunker from a technology perspective, or surface expertise from those that have lived under the sky.

So, if you want someone on the council who knows what its like to be under the heel of the powerful, to fight for equal rights and pretty handy with a blade, vote for Vasili.

UC Election 2525 – Cpt. Crow – Engineering

Well met everyone you all know me as your friendly neighbourhood sniper and tech lover
Well that love of tech has convinced me to run for councillor.

Now my main aims are to help advance us so we can explore more as well as better gear to make sure more of us comeback from our surface missions be that better armour or a way to heal easier or even have people with better guns who knows what the best course is without looking into it but as the tech councillor that will be one of my goals.

Now my main concern is being able to survive easier which out on the surface from environmental as well as external threats I do believe exploring more is the key to our future.

Now out of of my family my brother was the politician I was just taught to be a gun but I like to think I picked up a thing or two from my brother and while being with the FEF for this year  and a half I like to think I’ve grown And my people skills are getting better my passions and determination with be a massive boon to the rule and as you all know I never shut up so that will help get my points across in the meetings.

Even now I’ve spearheaded getting the portable drone relay researched and I plan to pitch more ideas in the future as I’m not an engineer I don’t know what’s not possible so I’m not going to shut down any new tech idea until it’s been fully looked into.

I believe my first plan will be to get the ageis tech we have fully researched as they seemed to have a lot more tech then us and maybe with the doctors help we can look towards getting better armour that meshes with cybernetics. I would also love to start trying to get information on transportation for the FEF I understand there is a faction out there with vehicles so maybe look into an exchange of information for the key to get us a few vehicles.

while im first an foremost a solider not an engineer, my front line experience will help me direct our technology in the depiction most needed to defend ourselves and explore safely

As the tech councillor I will do my best to help improve the lives of all UC members be it something to make your daily life easier or to make life more comfortable in some way the future of civilisation is laziness.
We learned to farm so we didn’t have to hunt,
We have devises to communicate cause we didn’t want to have to go find someone or send a letter, we had vehicles cause people didn’t want to walk far, I want us to look back to those times with laziness as the leading force behind our innovations

Enjoy

UC Election 2525 – Roach – Engineering

Hello, the name’s Roach. Not many of you know me personally, but most would know me from Radio 500 as the ever-present Producer who keeps the show running, evening when dealing with neanderthals like Morg and Herb. I, as well as my work colleagues, have decided to stand in the new council elections to make sure we can give YOU the representation YOU deserve. I am proud to say that I am standing for the position of Engineering Councillor.

For a long time, we at Radio 500 have been a daily voice in your ear, bringing you the latest news and events from around the now Unified Coalition as well as a smile to your face and a good song to tap your foot to.

Having talked with the good citizens of the UC I know that I’m not the only one to question the decisions made in our name by our so-called leaders. I have been the one to listen to fans of the show, when they would call in complaining about the state of the Unified Coalition.

We all know that sweeping decisions have been made by the narrow view of the few FEF in control without any wider considerations for the innocent people of the UC. I say the people deserve to be heard. I say I am the Engineer to achieve this!

  1. The Councillors should not be serving FEF personnel.

We need a civilian government to govern the various groups that make up the UC. The narrow view of the FEF does not allow them to see the wider picture and to serve the little people like us, we need representatives of the people and for the people, not above them looking down like the FEF members do. We at Radio 500 fill this goal. The UC does not serve the whims of the FEF, the FEF should serve the Council!

  • Unity not Betrayal

We at Radio 500 believe that stabbing our allies in the back and betraying them is a bad thing, unlike everyone else from the FEF.

Criminally, the FEF recently betrayed and attacked our allies the Free People, slaying many clansmen of the Wolfkin, Forest Wraiths, Warmongers and Hell Eye Clan. The former General, Kriege, was responsible for wiping out the Phoenix Kin through careless artillery bombardment, all of which was a vain attempt to try and kill Raze, who had stood by our side since the very beginning, bleeding in combat beside us, gifting much needed survival supplies when the 500 were thrown out onto the surface and picking us up when we, as a bunker, stumbled.

I vow that no motion to betray our erstwhile allies or to instigate yet another coup will be opposed at every turn. I also promise our current and potential future allies that we will respect their leadership structure, even if it just one person ruling from the top.

  • Equal Access to Resources

I have been the only one to keep the Radio station running, working technological miracles to make the parts we have last as long as they do and keep the broadcasts going.

This isn’t a brag, it is an indictment! Radio 500 brings entertainment, news and relief to hundred of listeners across the UC, but we have had to fight every step to keep the transmissions going. We never received help from the bunkers, we were never gifted valuable salvaged parts recovered from surface deployments, we had to beg, “steal” and borrow to make sure I had what was needed to keep the Radio going.

Meanwhile, the FEF have everything they need to manufacture their own personal projects; weapons, armour or whatever the latest fad in technology might be. Everyone else be damned. This is, simply, not on. The FEF monopolise resources. The bunkers monopolise resources. They are not shared equally.

When I am elected, I will ensure a fair and equitable distribution of technological resources to ensure that the people of the UC have what they need to prosper; whether they reside in the bunkers, the former Free People tribes or New Hope. All deserve access to these resources, not just the elite few in the FEF.

  • Resources Should be for the Betterment of UC Citizens

Following on from my last point, and very much adjacent to it, is that resources should be used to better the people of the UC, not just the few FEF at the top of the pyramid.

No more personal pet projects! Infrastructure within the UC needs much required upgrades. The tribes of the former Free People have little no infrastructure, and they deserve to have access to same amenities that we do.

I will ensure, if elected, that salvage and technological resources are put towards the wider betterment of the people of the UC, not just the elite FEF at the top.

A vote for Roach is a vote for progress for the people of the UC, not just the elites.

I’m of the UC, with the UC and for the UC.

UC Election 2525 – Morg – Medical

Hi folks, it’s me, Morg! And I’ve decided, along with my Radio 500 colleagues, to stand in these here new Council elections to give YOU the representation YOU deserve.

For years we at Radio 500 have been a daily voice in your ear, bringing you the latest news and events from around the now Unified Coalition, never sparing you the details. Not to mention trying to bring a smile to your face and a good song to tap your foot to.

We’ve taken a look around at what has happened so far in the UC, at what the leadership has done and the acts they have committed and we’ve decided enough is enough. Not in our name, we say.

So I’ve decided to stand for Medical Councillor and bring my own unique perspective and outlook to the role, and here’s my policies.

  1. The Councillors should not be serving FEF personnel.

We need a civilian government to govern the various groups that make up the UC. The narrow view of the FEF does not allow them to see the wider picture and to serve the little people like us, we need representatives of the people and for the people, not above them looking down like the FEF members are want to do.

At the behest of outcast blood witch rebels swayed by evil magics, the FEF recently betrayed and attacked the Free People, slaying clansmen of the Wolfkin, the Forest Wraiths, the Warmongers and the Hell Eye Clan and actually wiping out the Phoenix Kin, all in a vain attempt to try and kill Raze. Raze had stood by our side since the very beginning, bleeding in combat, gifting much needed survival supplies when the 500 were thrown out onto the surface and picking us up when we, as a bunker, stumbled.

I vow that no motion to betray our erstwhile allies or to instigate yet another coup will be opposed at every turn. I also promise our current and potential future allies that we will respect their leadership structure, even if it just one person ruling from the top.

  • Medical Equality

I believe that, were medicine and healing is concerned, everyone throughout the UC should have equal access to medical help. Whether in either Bunkers, the streets of New Hope or a tribal settlement, if you walk into a healing hut you should receive the same level of medical care and expertise. No more minimal efforts in the streets of New Hope whilst the bunker residents receive top notch care; everyone gets equal care.

Everyone deserves the help they need, and I will make sure that happens.

  • Listen to Experts

I know this might be surprising to some, but I ain’t no healer. I’ve been a warrior for most of my life before becoming a radio star. But I have been on the receiving end of many injuries and understand the importance of having competent medics and listening to their instructions for getting well again.

I don’t know medical stuff, but whenever necessary I would always listen to the experts on the matter. I can’t heal people, but I can do my darndest to make sure the people who can have everything they need to do it – supplies, infrastructure and support.

To summarise, I want what’s best for the UC, not just the FEF or the individuals therein.

I am of the UC, with the UC and for the UC.

The Hard Road to Hope: A Manifesto for Realism and Renewal

Candidate for Medical Councillor of the Unified Coalition

I will not begin with empty promises. I will begin with the truth of leadership: it is the necessity of making hard decisions with impossible outcomes.

The Hard Truth

Our conflict with the warlord Rase was complicated by the external demands of Aegis, whose primary target was Archie. The resulting crisis, which included Archie’s death and the devastating mortar strike that destroyed the Phoenix Clan, forced the leadership to make an internal, tragic decision.

We had received reports that Aegis was pulling out of Free People land. With Aegis’s history and their known focus on psionic people, we chose to surrender a psionic citizen—a person I did not know. This sacrifice was made without any formal negotiation, but purely on the desperate hope that this gesture would encourage their full withdrawal and ensure their continued neutrality, preventing any future instability their presence might cause.

This tragic calculation, alongside the mass casualties suffered, underscores a profound failure: the failure of our systems to protect our own.

I considered stepping down from my role as the Psionic Councillor, but realized that would be a mistake. The effective choice is to stay, face the truth, and dedicate myself to correcting the structural chaos that made those choices necessary. I stand by my decision; I deeply regret the outcomes. Hindsight is 20/20. I hold the names of those who perished as a constant reminder that we must strive to do better.

The Foundation: Necessary Realism

The Coalition is defined by instability. I think we forget we are small fish in a large pond, and our resources are strained. Therefore, our immediate political approach must be defined by Realism, not wishful aspiration.

Our priority is not expansion; it is consolidation. We must stop, strengthen our bonds, and prove that we can govern ourselves effectively. This conviction led me to advocate for the dissolution of the Psionic Councillor seat—not out of reaction to tragedy, but because a divided political structure weakens our common defense. All psionics are citizens, not a separate political problem.

Our idealistic future, where we can afford to make fully moral choices, is currently not possible. It is a reward we must earn through the disciplined work of these three pillars.

The Three Pillars of Consolidation

These are the immediate, decisive tasks required to secure our survival:

1. Research for Knowledge and Control

The linkage between psionic people and the entities (The Ancestors, Aura, and Harmony) is a source of crippling fear and mistrust for both psionic and non-psionic citizens. We must address this with open eyes and an open mind.

  • Differentiate the Issues: We must establish the scientific and clinical boundaries to study the entities and their potential threats, while treating our psionic citizens with respect and protection. They are linked, but they are different issues that must be addressed distinctly.
  • Erase Fear with Facts: Through open-minded, rigorous research, we seek to uncover the truth—whether the entities are one force or many, ally or manipulator. Through knowledge, we will alleviate fear and establish necessary defense protocols.

2. Health, Resilience, and Sustenance

Survival depends on control over our environment and resources. We must reduce volatile risks and guarantee stability.

  • Sustenance Through Renewal: We must reduce reliance on unpredictable algae farms. We will scale up Bunker technologies to guarantee radiation-free food and water and develop stronger, more reliable crop strains.
  • Infrastructure for Life: We will commit immediately to improving our roads, storage, and logistical networks. Stability means guaranteed access to resources.
  • FEF Support & C7 Reduction: We must create a Coalition healing fund—a shared lifeline to keep our F.E.F. volunteers operational. Furthermore, we must actively work to move away from the volatile C7 energy sources that have caused so much harm.

3. Functional Integration and Shared Work

Unity is built by working side-by-side, learning from each other’s fears and faults.

  • Healing Through Unity: We will establish open clinics where a Medic’s nanite craft and a Shaper’s herb lore work side-by-side. Our differences are not divisions—they are strengths.
  • Open Access, Open Minds: We will open our existing Bunker facilities to Tribal and Free People citizens, establishing shared training and education environments where all cultural backgrounds can learn from each other.
  • Health Equity Through Action: We will open clinics in Tribal lands, ensuring our medical teams and Tribal specialists work together daily. Health equity is a tangible step toward true integration.

My Pledge: The Hope of the Ideal

I respect the electoral process and the voice of the citizens. I find hope in those like Ashley—my opponent and my friend—whose compassion reminds me that strength must never smother empathy.

I am a Realist running on a platform of Realism. We must consolidate, strengthen our bonds, and manage our fears effectively. As already stated I do think we are a small fish in a big pond, but I also think we can build something great together. I do this work because I believe that with the help of my fellow councillors and every citizen, we can build a world where leaders are not defined by hard decisions with impossible outcomes, but where they can begin to make the moral choice more often.

The Foundation of Healing. The Hard Work of Hope.

UC Election 2525 – Ashley Mann – Medical

My manifesto is simple

1. To seek to provide equal, or as near as currently possible, equal health care and health care facilities to all members of the UC.

2. Where this isn’t possible currently. To provide the best healthcare support that we (the UC) are able to those in need.

3. To lobby and fight for the investment and implementation of  structure, needed to bring about the equality of that support, as quickly as I can.

4. To continue to learn more about healthcare. To embrace knowledge, that different people from within the UC can offer. In respect of traditonal and current healthcare practices.

So the UC people as a whole can benefit from shared healthcare.

5. To develop myself further. To truly represent the ideals born out of the UC.

Thanks a lot

Ashley

UC Election 2525 – Herbert “Daring” Dashwood – Diplomacy

Hello good people, some of you know me personally, most only know me from the Radio. The name is Herbert “Daring” Dashwood, former FEF soldier and one of the 500. I have decided to stand in the new council elections alongside my… colleagues from Radio 500 to give YOU the representation YOU deserve. I am proud to say that I am standing for the position of Diplomatic Councillor.

For a long time we at Radio 500 have been a daily voice in your ear, bringing you the latest news and events from around the now Unified Coalition as well as a smile to your face and a good song to tap your foot to.

I’m sure that I’m not the only soul to take a look around at what has happened so far in the UC and more than question the decisions made in our name. Sweeping decisions have been made by the narrow view of the few FEF in control without any thought for the people of the UC. I know, I’ve been there when Councillors have spoken and made decisions. No more, and not in our name.

At the behest of criminal psions under the influence of a dangerous psionic entity, the FEF recently betrayed and attacked our allies the Free People, slaying many clansmen of the Wolfkin, Forest Wraiths, Warmongers and Hell Eye Clan. Not to mention the former General, Kriege, was responsible for wiping out the Phoenix Kin through careless artillery bombardment. All this in a vain attempt to try and kill Raze, who had stood by our side since the very beginning, bleeding in combat beside us, gifting much needed survival supplies when the 500 were thrown out onto the surface and picking us up when we, as a bunker, stumbled.

I vow that no motion to betray our erstwhile allies or to instigate yet another coup will be opposed at every turn. I also promise our current and potential future allies that we will respect their leadership structure, even if it just one person ruling from the top.

  • Less Paperwork

I hate paperwork, and I’m confident you do too. I can do something about this. I say why fill in a form when an audio log will do just as well. Paperwork, especially when you need to do multiple copies, is both time consuming and demoralising. By converting most forms to an audio format we will save time and improve efficiency, allowing resources to be effectively deployed in other support roles.

  • Open Negotiations with Raze

Raze was our ally and we betrayed him. The former Councillors’ desires led us down a path most of us did not want to travel. Many of us respected Raze and even owed him our lives; I know as one of the 500 that none of us would have survived that first winter without him.

We can never undo what has been done. Raze will likely never be part of the UC again. But that does not mean we cannot open talks with him to, quite frankly, apologize for past actions. We want peace, not war, assassinations or coups.

  • Digital ID’s

When I was first deployed to the surface, we all had our own ID on show, proving our identity and important information about ourselves. These seem to have fallen out of favour, despite their clear useful nature.

I will make it a ruling that ID MUST be worn at all times, and that this ID register should include important medical information as well as Psionic status. I will have these ID’s rolled out across all members of the UC, meaning this will help with security and medical matters.

  • We Don’t Want to Live in a Military Junta

Certain established Councillors seem to want a UC where the military leads and everyone else follows. After all, this worked so well in old Bunker Fortitude. This is something that we clearly cannot allow to pass.

I declare that if elected I would oppose the expansion of power and influence of the military. The military is there to serve the UC, the UC is not there to serve the whims of the military.

  • The Needs of the Many

… Outweigh the needs of the few.

I will lead for the betterment of all, not just an elite few in the FEF.

A vote for Herb is a vote for a steady hand.

I’m of the UC, with the UC and for the UC.

UC Election 2525 – Artemis – Diplomacy

Hello, my name is Artemis and I am running for the Diplomacy councilor position.

Most of you on the surface already know who I am, but for those who don’t, allow me to tell you about myself.

I grew up in the Wolfkin, struggling to prove myself. Then I joined the FEF and proved myself. I fought, I struggled, I bled, I stumbled and I failed. But every time that I failed, I got back up and kept moving forward. Eventually, I became the Hand of the mournival, a leader of my people. Every warrior of the free people became my responsibility, I brought the warriors of several tribes together and led them for years. This came to an end when I was exiled for being a psionist, along with every other psionist in the free people. Since then, I have been leading the Lupine in New Hope and doing my best to serve the United Coalition. And that brings us to now.

Yes, I am a psionist. I have worked and fought to protect the psionists in New Hope and I want to continue that work to ensure that no citizen of the united coalition is discriminated against and mistreated. I will never allow the division that tore the free people apart to repeat itself within the United Coalition, instead I want us to move forward united.

I am a warrior, a huntress and a leader. There is nowhere else that I would rather be than at the front of the united coalition, uniting our people and leading us forward along with our allies to a better future for us all. I was made the temporary diplomacy councilor when the united coalition was formed because of my leadership skills and my reputation on the surface, and I believe I am one of the best people to continue leading us forward to unite our people, work our allies and defeat our enemies.

I will work to ensure psionists are treated the same as any other citizen, I will work closely with our allies, and work to keep our people united and protected as we move forward. I will work towards a better future for all of humanity.

Thank you for reading and I hope that you find I am worthy of your vote.

UC Election 2525 – Sally Fields – Diplomacy

My name is Sally Fields and I am standing for Diplomatic Counselor.

I have dedicated my life to Bunker Ascendant, to the Unified Coalition and to negotiating with those we meet on the surface with a hope of finding new friends, new sources of intelligence, new ways to grow crops and new strategies to help all people of the UC. I was from Bunker Ascendant, but I live on the surface most of the year. I work on the surface for the bunkers and all the people who have joined the UC. I drink in New Hope, I train in Fortitude and I love talking to the new members of the UC.

Support, care and learning from each other make stronger communities. But disagreements also make stronger communities. The ability to discuss and argue and still work together for the common good and the common cause is what makes our bunkers, our tribes, our community strong.  People disagree with me and my actions. That’s fine. I disagree with other people’s actions. What is important is our ability to work together and put the survival of the UC first.

I will always do what I think is necessary for the survival of the UC, whether that is negotiating with revered members of the free people while under fire, searching the far reaches of the known land for technology that can help us, and exploring new frontiers, or whether it is training and learning with all departments of the bunkers to make sure I know what is needed by them, to get things done. I fight alongside our brave military forces. I run into fire to pull injured back to the medics who can save lives like no others. I listen to the engineers when they tell me what to do when we need to get things working and I work with our scavengers and trade people on deals that help the UC. I daily put my life on the line for the people of the UC. I always have and I always will until my dying breath.

The UC has gone through many tumultuous changes over the last few years and there may be more to come, but the skill and dedication of the peoples’ of the UC is what will help us succeed on the surface and make the lives of all members of the UC better.

I will always put the needs of the UC over my life. Vote for me and allow me to serve you, and the UC

UC Election 2525 – Meek, Son of Morg – Military

Hello! Meek is son of Morg. Meek was warrior of Wolfkin. Meek is experienced mine sweeper, best mine sweeper in all of the Unified Coalition! Meek is only 13, but Meek has lots of life experience.

When Meek was only 8, Meek and friends attacked by Bunker Fortitude. Meek and friends survived. When Meek was 10, Hive Vulcan attacked. Meek and friends survived. When Meek was 11, Super Mutants appear and attack. Meek and friends survived.

Meek is only 13, but Meek has lots of battle experience. Meek thinks that Meek would make excellent Military Councillor. Meek thinks you think Meek would make good Military Councillor too. Meek thinks Meek can give YOU the representation YOU deserve.

  1. The Councillors should not be serving FEF personnel.

Meek thinks we need a civilian government to govern the various groups that make up the UC. Meek believes that the narrow view of the FEF does not allow them to see the wider picture and to serve the little people like us, we need representatives of the people and for the people, not above them looking down like the FEF members do. We at Radio 500 fill this goal. Meek says that the UC does not serve the whims of the FEF, the FEF should serve the Council!

  • Unity not Betrayal

Meek says that here, at Radio 500, we believe that stabbing our allies in the back and betraying them is a bad thing, unlike others in the FEF.

Meek thinks Raze was the best! Raze was strong, helped you weak bunker folk and fought for all; tribal, bunker and New Hope. Meek says that lots of tribespeople from Wolfkin, Forest Wraiths, Warmongers and Hell Eye Clan die at hands of FEF and traitors. Meek also says that war criminal Kriege destroyed all of Phoenix Kin by careless barrage. Meek knows this is bad and Meek says no more!

Meek vows that no mission to betray our allies and friends will go ahead. Meek says that new friends will be respected, not forced into following UC ways.

  • Unified Military Protection

Meek knows we have strength in numbers. Meek understands tribals have things to teach bunker folk, and bunker folk have some stuff to teach tribals. Meek knows New Hope is melting pot of ideas from both sides. Meek thinks all military should be melting pot of both bunkers, New Hope and tribals.

Vote for Meek and Meek make military combined forces, bringing all our strengths to the front. Through combined forces, Meek make UC military strongest it can be.

  • Military Equality

Meek says the combined military needs the best weapons, and if Meek is voted in, Meek will make this happen.

Meek will make sure the combined military will have all the weapons, armour and equipment needed to keep the people safe. Meek knows that safe people are productive people.

  • Guns for Everyone

Meek also thinks that normal people should have gun, just in case of problem. Meek knows UC had problem when Super Mutants attack borders earlier in year, when FEF failed to stop them and let them through cordon. Meek will make sure everyone can protect themselves in case of problem. Meek knows that when faced with bad guy with gun you need a good guy with gun!

  • Secure Borders

Meek hear about FEF always pushing out, starting fights and claiming lots and lots of new land. Meek also knows that FEF has done this for years and has not yet learnt lesson. Meek says that apparently lessons have not been learned as it keeps on happening. Meek says no more.

Meek would secure borders, making sure what we have is secure, before we move on to capture the next piece of land.

Vote for Meek! Meek best choice for councillor! Only poopy heads vote for other candidates.

Meek of the UC, Meek with the UC and Meek for the UC.
