This record details the high level process for neutralising the Hive Vulcan Virus in a subject, after they have been subject to some biological changes, but before the virus is 100% in control of the host.
It shows Alversons attempts to perfect this method, 7 subjects died before one survived the process. The intention was to create a series of robust servants capable of working in hostile environments, resistant to toxins and diseases, and totally subservient to him.
He discovered that by timing it perfectly you can render the virus in the hose 99.9% inert, leaving on the maintenance protocols in place, and that the subject would retain some of their prior skills and knowledge. Their personality and memories however would be lost. (Alverson views this as a success not a failure).
The key component seems to be some form of irradiated neurotoxin that one of his field researchers discovered on the surface. It does not detail the specific compound used.
He had to place the subject in a medical coma towards the end of the experiments due to the “traitor monkeys” now running the zoo, and planned to return to the project once the Network is back in control of Bunker Fortitude.
