ENHANCED MEDICAL SCAN COMPLETE
Enhanced scan confirms interred subject has suffered catastrophic damage from an explosion approximately 25 years ago.

External Examination
Head: The subject’s cranial structure remains largely intact, though significant superficial lacerations, thermal damage and contusions are evident.
Neck and Spinal Cord: The cervical vertebrae (C1-C7) are intact and display no evidence of fracture. However, extensive soft tissue damage surrounds the spinal column, with severe muscular and dermal burns. The spinal cord itself appears unsevered but exhibits signs of potential neural trauma due to concussive forces.

Internal Examination
Lungs: Both lungs are intact but show evidence of barotrauma. Pulmonary contusions are present, particularly in the lower lobes, indicative of high-pressure shock waves. There is evidence historic haemorrhaging.
Heart: The cardiac structure remains intact with no signs of direct physical trauma. However, secondary effects include myocardial contusions and subendocardial haemorrhage, likely resulting from the explosion’s shockwave.

Musculoskeletal System
The remainder of the subject’s musculoskeletal system has suffered extensive disintegration. Limbs and major musculature below the cervical region are absent, with only fragmented remains of the ribcage adhering to the spinal column.
Ribcage: The ribcage is largely obliterated, with only partial remains of the first and second ribs. Fractured rib remnants show signs of high-velocity displacement and thermal damage.
Upper Extremities: Both upper extremities are entirely absent. Only minor remnants of the shoulder girdle remain, displaying thermal charring and fragmentation.
Lower Extremities: No remains of the lower extremities are present. Examination reveals complete disintegration at the level of the lumbar spine.

Additional Observations
Skin and Soft Tissue: There is evidence of extensive third-degree burns previously covering the remaining tissues, but significant natural dermal regeneration has repaired much of this damage.

Age
Cell Regeneration: Enhanced Medical Scan confirms that there is a 97% probability that the subject is 634 years old. The subject’s cells show an increased rate of regeneration that makes the subject functionally immortal, in that they can never die of old age.
