Jimmy the Tour Guide’s Map.
While on the mapping and triangulation mission early Saturday morning, we met a curious gentleman, Jimmy the tour guide.
He has offered to tour groups around (only on a Tuesday) but requires a salvage a person and variable amounts of cut on the salvage found. I retained his services with a crat salvage so if anyone wants to take him up on his offer, he should be available.
However, he happened to drop his map, and because littering would be bad, I picked it up.
The map contains lots of information that fits in with other maps we have, and lots of locations that we may wish to visit.
Of particular concern to me was the Hive marked on his map, I’m hoping this is just the remains of Vulcan which are now no longer a concern after the last surface mission, but we have to be aware Hives Poseidon, Hades, and Hermes (as well as Pandora) could be in the area.
The fingers in ears/do not cross line matches up with what we know about the supposed Cannibal Cults. They have weaponised sound waves, and can use radio frequency to cause strange things to happen and knock people out. – Please note this does not have to be in person! It can be across the radio.
Given this section of the map shows the Pact, we can assume that at least some of the information on this map is true, however, I would take all of it with a pinch of salt. Some of the locations do match up with the other maps that have been acquired.
This bit of the map is of particular interest as it appears to show the position of a base of army soldiers according to Jimmy’s notes, at the Old Guard Station. This roughly fits in with the position of a known US/UK army base that we are aware of the rough location of.
